18.Q: What if my tent has a slow leak?
A: Every Chinee tent is carefully and meticulously tested before sent to our customers to insure that there are no leaks and defects. If you have a leak in your tent, it must be in two places: one is in the air beam bladders; the other is in the air beam quick-disconnect valves. So to detect the exact place of the leak, you should remove the bladder from the air beam bladder and inflate it to a modest pressure. Most leaks can be found by passing the inflated bladder along your cheek or the back of your hand and listening carefully. If this does not work, please put the bladder into clean water, and then you can find immediately where the leak is. Then, you can repair the leak by the materials coming with the tent. For more spares, please contact with us.
19.Q:How do we maintain our inflatable?
A:It isn't hard to keep your inflatables in good shape. Just follow these simple steps:
1) Keep your inflatable away from sharp objects to prevent punctures and tears.
2) Always completely deflate your inflatable before storing it.
3) Be sure your inflatable is completely dry before storing it to prevent the development of mold or mildew.
4) Store your inflatable in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
5) Each year, do a quick inspection of the blower, tether straps and seams to be sure your inflatable is not in need of repairs.
