4.Q:How do inflatables attach to the building?
A:The best way to attach your inflatable to a building (rooftop, etc.) is by drilling into the concrete block or the mortar between bricks. This gives a sturdy connection that should hold solid.

5.Q:Any 'set-up' must be fairly easy and quick. What are your suggestions?
A:Choosing the inflation location and where to connect the tether straps is the hardest part of the installation. Select the location when you conduct your site survey. That way, on installation day, things will go quickly.

6.Q:How is the blower attached?
A:That depends on the type of blower your inflatable has. For external blowers use the zipper and Velcro strap to simply attach the blower sleeve to the blower tube. There are two common types of internal blowers. With the Fantech style, just unzip the deflation zipper to install the blower system. Use the Velcro and clips (included with your inflatable) to secure the blower in place then zip the inflatable closed. The Fasco style is permanently installed in the inflatable. No action is necessary.

7.Q:Do you provide the required information to set it up every time it's going to be used?
A:Yes, an installation manual with easy-to-follow instructions is included with your order.


8.Q:What is the warranty on your products?
A:Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products..

9.Q:Where do you sell to?
A:We sell worldwide. There is no limitation with the geographic issues.

10.Q:Do you ship by Sea, Ground or Air?
A:“We do it all. It all depends on which shipping option you would like to choose yourself.

11.Q:Do you pay for the shipping or it is the customer who pays for the shipping?
A:It is the customer who pays for the shipping. We provide with the quotes only on our merchandise. Nevertheless, we take care of the customer and provide him/her with the most economic rates on shipping whether it is ground air or sea.
